IT'S A BOY!!!

The results are in. . . . we are having a BOY! After the long wait we finally are able to announce that we will be welcoming a mini version of Tyler into the world. We are so excited and can’t wait to get everything ready even further. I had taken one of the old wives tales tests and now we can say, ‘the pencil has spoken.’ It was a really neat experience to see the little guy on the screen. Everything looks great, he’s a strong, healthy little man so we are pumped! We can’t wait to see him, but hope he gets all the time he needs in the baby oven. Thanks to the many friends and family for all the support and love. We’ll see our Mini Griff soon!

DECEMBER

“No matter the circumstances this year, cherished moments are within reach. . . . . Give the love that only you can give, and you will have a memorable Christmas: a Christmas that recalls that first holy night when, in the lowliest of circumstances, a King was born.”
We are very excited to be have this special time of year upon us already. We had the opportunity to go downtown and enjoy Music and the Spoken Word on Temple Square. The music and message shared brought the whole Christmas Spirit to life. I echo the words spoken above. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and send our love out to each one of you who make such a difference in our lives! Thank you and God Bless you this Wonderful Season!!
Below are some pictures of the fun ways we've been celebrating already.

NOVEMBER

Ok so looks like I am having some update issues. Sorry about that, I have good months and then bad ones. This was definitely a bad one. We have been busy but still having a good time with friends and family. Ty was a major trooper this year hitting Black Friday without me. He’s been pretty bogged down with things at work but he’s still so good to me and I SO appreciate how hard he works. We know we have been very blessed and that was echoed by the great people that have surrounded us all year throughout the ups and downs. We are very grateful for all of you in our lives and all we’ve been blessed with. It’s been a great busy month and I’m sure December will be just as busy, but we’ll have more to post with all the family in town. For now we hope you enjoy our fun so far. Thanks for keeping in touch!

Coming Soon. . . .April 2010!!!!

WE ARE EXPECTING!!! We are very excited, finally a little one of our very own for us to spoil and love completely. Our little bundle should arrive in April, 2010 (towards the end of the month). Tyler likes to tell every one that I am an atomic clock so when I was late, we waited a few days and then took a test (2 actually). The results were positive of course! We made the appointment with a doctor and everything checks out! My cute hubby came to my work and brought me roses with a cute card saying 'It's a Boy!' Unfortunately the front desk wouldn't let him come back to the training room & he was bugged, but oh well, he's still so amazing for doing something so sweet!

Aren't they pretty? I am definitely looking forward to having another little Tyler around. It'll be so much fun, A LOT of work but still loads of fun. We know we are very blessed to have this new addition to our family and we can't wait. Thanks to all of those who've kept our secret until now. We love you all and can't wait to show off our little one.

(Ok this didn't turn out too well, but you can see our little guy) See its official so please call us to get together before our freedom diminishes. :)

Happy Fall Fun!!

This will be a recap of the latest fun we've been having and celebrating so enjoy!

My handsome man turned 29 this year. How exciting!! We went to one of his favorite restaurants, Outback Steakhouse and then his parents got us all tickets to see the comedian Jason Hewlitt. It was such a blast, we were busting a gut all night. Thanks Susan & Craig. Then the birthday boy was showered with presents and fun. It was a great time and I am glad that I can still surprise him. With all his hints it's hard to know when he really is surprised.

We also were able to celebrate our 4yrs together as hubby and wife. I still can't believe it's been that long, time sure does fly when you are having fun. We are vey blessed and have made SO many memories already, I can't wait for tons more! Well we went up to PC for dinner at Stein Erikson Lodge - very yummy and with snow falling lightly it was a perfect night. We both went over budget on our gifts this year but it was totally worth it, I love spoiling him and he is so good to me!!

We were also able to go to Gardner Village with Jordan & Shawnee to see the witches & festivities they have there. It was great - the witches were funny and we had a good time, not too cold. Then we came back to our place and made halloween cookies while we watched Goonies on the PSP. It was a fun night, thanks for calling us Jordan & Shawnee.

And of course it was Suebears brithday so we all convened at the Cheesecake Factory for some delicious grub and fun with friends. Susan and I convened the next day for a movie and some girl time. Happy Birthday Sue!!

We've been able to spend lots of time with all our friends and family the past little while and can't wait for more fun during this wonderful season. This is definitely our favorite time of the year, the start of spiritual, brotherly love felt by everyone around the world. We love you all and can't wait to see you more this wonderful holiday season!! Enjoy and don't be a stranger. :)
